Meet The Team
Dr. Kimberly Rankin
Founder/CEO
Dr. Kimberly Rankin is the Founder and CEO of Civilian Success Pathways (CSP), a training and consulting firm dedicated to helping veterans, workforce reentrants, and organizations translate experience into purpose.
With over 20 years of experience supporting military service members and veterans worldwide, she has taught in both academic and military settings, worked in executive leadership within the private sector, and worked as a federal government contractor to gain first-hand insight into workforce transition and development.
Dr. Rankin brings extensive leadership experience in training and workforce transformation, including leading a national IT training division for a major government agency. She also serves on multiple boards, directs a nonprofit organization, and remains actively engaged in community initiatives.
She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude), an MBA, and a B.A. in Organizational Leadership, along with multiple professional certifications and honors.
Kelly Morris
Program Manager
Kelly Morris is a training and development professional with a strong foundation in human behavior and psychological development, dedicated to supporting individuals through growth and transition.
Her experience includes creating structured learning environments, simplifying complex information, and empowering diverse populations to succeed. She brings a trauma-informed, culturally aware approach to her work, enabling her to build trust and provide meaningful, lasting support.
At Civilian Success Pathways, she contributes to programs that help individuals navigate change, build sustainable careers, and achieve long-term personal and professional stability. Kelly believes that combining practical skills with psychological understanding is essential for lasting success.
Nicole Roper
Training Manager
Nicole is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), where she earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, and is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Learning Design and Technology from the Harvard Division of Continuing Education (DCE).

Nicole has 13 years of experience in professional learning and development, specializing in instructional systems design for federal government agencies, municipalities, private-sector organizations, and higher education institutions. Her federal government experience includes developing training programs and courses for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Department of the Army (DA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the United States Postal Service (USPS). She developed several master's and doctoral programs for the University of Oklahoma (OU) and served as training lead for multiple private-sector organizations and city municipalities.

Nicole brings her extensive experience designing and distributing learning solutions to Civilian Success Pathways and is passionate about working with veterans transitioning out of military service. Her expertise includes instructional design, curriculum development, eLearning course programming, advanced technical writing, project management, user experience design, adult learning theory, gamification, multimedia design, educational technology, stakeholder collaboration, and organization change management.
Nicole currently resides in Oklahoma City and enjoys spending time with family and going on adventures with her happy little dog, Finnigan.
