Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Coaching Sessions

• Sessions are non-refundable once completed.

• Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your session, the session may be forfeited.

• One courtesy reschedule may be granted per client.
   

2. Digital Products

• All digital downloads, PDF guides, résumé templates, and video trainings are non-refundable due to immediate access.
   

3. Résumé, LinkedIn, and Career Materials

• Once work has begun, the order becomes non-refundable.

• You will receive drafts and revision opportunities per your service package.
   

4. Group Trainings or Corporate Workshops

• A 50% deposit is required for scheduling.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Balance is due before training unless otherwise arranged.
   

5. Civilian Success Pathways Cancellation

If Civilian Success Pathways must cancel or reschedule due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
