• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, financial advising, or legal advice.

• You are responsible for your personal decisions, applications, and career outcomes.

Civilian Success Pathways reserves the right to decline service to anyone at our discretion.
 

3. Payments & Billing

Payments for Services must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing Services, you agree:

• All payments are final unless a refund policy specifies otherwise.

• You will provide accurate billing information.

• Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be non-refundable.

• Package or bundle services must be used within the timeframe agreed upon at purchase.
   

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Civilian Success Pathways may allow one courtesy reschedule; repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions.

Civilian Success Pathways reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, branding, templates, downloadable materials, coaching tools, curriculum, videos, audio, and digital products—is the exclusive property of Civilian Success Pathways.

You may not:

• Copy, share, reproduce, sell, or distribute CSP materials.
